- Work in a team effort to provide patient-centric care
- Greet guests and visitors with professional enthusiasm
- For new guests, check for completed intake for review and ensure all information, including insurance information is complete
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed by patients prior to treatment
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Answer incoming calls and route as directed or adjust visits in EHR, and return calls as needed., check email and voicemail and respond accordingly
- Collect payment at time of service and record in appropriate systems
- Maintain filing systems
- Organize / file the daily sheets at the end of the day/shift
- Processing medical records and referrals
- Call for Lab pick-up if needed
- Perform various back office tasks as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA regulation

Medical experience not necessary.
