- Work in a team effort to provide guest-centric care
- Greet guests and visitors with professional enthusiasm
- For new guests, check for completed intake for review and ensure all information, including insurance information is complete
- Manage the schedule for new and current guests
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed by guests prior to treatment
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Curiously inquire and listen for what people say, what they need and want, and how we can help
- Answer incoming calls and route as directed or adjust visits in EHR, and return calls as needed, check email and voicemail and respond accordingly
- Actively listen to callers/visitors requests, work with our team to route requests as directed
- Collect payment at time of service and record in appropriate systems
- Assist guests with check-in software system
- Maintain filing systems
- Processing medical records and referrals
- Adhere to HIPAA regulation
