• Commitment of at least one year
• Weekly commitment of 20-25 hours
• Pay rate of $16/hr
• Bonus of $1500 upon successful completion of the program

- Work in a team effort to provide patient-centric care
- Greet guests and visitors with professional enthusiasm and lead them into a visit room
- Perform and record vital signs
- Actively listen and record patient history and intake
- Verify patient medications
- Record details of office visit, plan, and next steps into electronic records
- Communicate with Schedulers regarding follow-up visits
- Assist Doctor with minor procedures
- Setup and turnover visit rooms
- Call for Lab pick-up if needed
- Communicate with Doctor and Clinical Manager regarding patient care
- Communicate with Practice Director and Clinical Manager regarding patient records, labs, referrals, insurance, etc
- Adhere to HIPAA regulation
